「酒処 つがる」は東京都品川駅から徒歩数分の場所にある定食百名店です。
平日のみの営業で、夜は居酒屋ですが、昼はランチメニューが充実した定食屋です。
平日の12時ごろに訪れました。
店内はカウンター席が10席ほどと4人掛けテーブル席が2つで、ビジネスマンで満席でした。
このお店は、店内での携帯電話の使用が制限されていて（料理の撮影は可能）、ゆったりと食事をする雰囲気ではないので、お客さんの回転が早いです。
ほとんど待ち時間はなく、相席でテーブル席に着席できました。
この日は、お店の看板メニューである「ベーコンステーキ定食」（1,100円）と「チキンステーキ定食」（950円）を注文しました。
ランチタイムの特典として、ご飯は大盛りまたはおかわりが無料です。さらに納豆が1個無料なのも嬉しいポイントです。
「ベーコンステーキ定食」は、ベーコンが驚くほど分厚く、外は香ばしく焼かれ、中は想像以上の柔らかさ。肉の旨みと適度な塩加減が絶妙で、ご飯との相性も抜群で、とても美味しい。
「チキンステーキ定食」は、外はパリッと、中はしっとり。噛むごとにジューシーなチキンの味わいが広がり、味付けのバランスも絶妙で、絶品です。
どちらの定食もボリュームたっぷりながらも、ペロリと食べられる美味しさで、大満足のランチとなりました。
また近いうちに再訪したいです。
