久々に東京でランチです。
こちらは品川のホテルに入る和食のお店。初見のお店ですが、仲居さんたちも着物を着ていて夜はそれなりにお値段するお店のようです。
3300円の松花堂弁当をお願いしました。
お造りに炊きもの、焼きもの、小鉢類などの小さなおかずにご飯に味噌汁、漬物という陣容。味は悪くないと思います。マグロの刺身は少しドリップはあるものの及第点ですし、山芋のしんじょらしき炊きもの。もずく酢にカモ、卵焼きなど丁寧に作られています。銀ダラの焼き物はたっぷりとした脂を楽しむことができて、なかなかの仕上がりでした。味噌汁はきちんとだしから取っていますし、タケノコご飯もじんわりとだしの滋味が口の中に広がり美味。
ただ、鶏肉の照り焼きに臭みがあったり、ブリの刺身がちょっと匂ったりとそれなりに粗も感じます。デザートはカボチャのプリン。それに500円追加でホットコーヒーをいただく。
景色は抜群にいいですが、お料理の味はお値段相応。もしかしたら少し落ちるかもしれません。全体的に悪くないですし、丁寧な仕事をされていると思いますが、この辺りが都内でこの値段で出せる限界でしょうね。東北ならもっといい食材でよりクオリティの高いものがいただけると思いますし、あえて選ぶかというと…。和食はどうしても素材の味、水など繊細な部分が多分に影響しますから、ある程度仕方がないのかも。窓際で品川の街を見ながらいただく分には贅沢なランチになると思います。ごちそうさまでした。
