気になっていたこちらへふらり。
一階の引戸を開けると想像より更に狭めの店内。
カウンターは後ろ通れないレベルだし調理場もとても狭い。
そして色んなものがそこらへんに放置されている。
多少の不安がありつつ、芋のお湯割と串を数本注文。
値段は1本だけど、注文が2本からとのこと。
そして塩タレのオススメ聞くも、教えない、とのこと。
むぅ。
一応塩で頼む。
お通しはザーサイでわりと量はある。
お湯割は水割りを湯煎するやり方なので温度は適度だけど、薄い。
しばらくして到着した串をはまぁまぁといったところだけど、そういや鶏食べに来たはずなのになぁとぼんやり思う。
ただ、軟骨はホネ硬すぎ。
卓上胡椒と山椒は風味飛んでいてあってもなくてもという感じ。
この辺は取扱変えたのか、店名に鳥の文字があるのに鳥がメインじゃなかったり扱いなかったりの不思議な店がちらほら。
追加でガツ酢たのんだけど、酢感はなく、ただただ塩からい。
仕方なく追加のお湯割で流し込んでおしまい。
そしてお会計が微妙に盛られてる気が、、、。
単純計算すると1番お通しが高くなるんだけど、、、。
あと、どうやら入口違いで2階に座敷もあるっぽいのが途中で分かった。多分行かないけど。
