オフィス街に囲まれたエリアだけど唯一ここらへん一帯は再開発されてないディープエリアの一角いいファサードしとった |o| °д°)ﾉガラララ
入口どっちかわからなかったが中に入るとカウンタのみこじんまりした店内
トイレは2、3軒隣と共同さがまた昭和感抜群
マスタはなまら丁重でひたすらニク焼いてました
カタコトだけど日本語上手いオネサンとの2人
閉めそうな時間帯だったから一品ものはできないと振られたので串物を・・・
もうすぐこの店も60年とマスタが言ってました2？3代目？
ってかよく建物もってるよなぁ・・・

奥のお客さんが「バリ焼きで〜」と言ってたのでトムもたのんだ「かわ」はガチ焼きにしてもらいました
ガチではないがパリパリでジューシなかわからの脂のあまみ
途中山椒も合う

やっぱ豚はかしらだべ
赤身の味が一番濃い
「なんこつ」たれ
ドカンとかいろいろ骨部位の食感と歯応えが良き

厚身からのサクサク感が楽しめる味わい深いベロ
長年継ぎ足されたたれは濃厚ながらもさっぱりな後口
脂多い部位でもちゃんと絡んでくれる
たれには一味がいい味変
一品ものよりここはトコトン串物を楽しんだ方がいいな〜
しかしやっぱこのような酒場の「煮込み」召したかったな〜
