On a Tuesday night, the first restaurant we went to was fully booked. After that, I looked around the restaurant, but I was told that it was either full or only the counters were empty. Since there were three of us, we didn't want to sit side by side, so we decided to eat before 7pm. Go to this shop where you can make a quick online reservation. From Shinagawa Station (Atre side), walk straight for about 4 minutes to the 1st floor of the office building. Since it is not possible to pass through the building, even if you see the Matcha Cafe, do not enter the building and enter from the outside. The inside of the restaurant was quite noisy as there were drinking groups and other parties, but they allowed small groups to go to the back so they could have a calmer conversation. There's no bell, so it takes a while to call a staff member. We ordered duck rillettes, Oyster and salted lemon Ajillo (limited time only), mixed paella, roasted beef, and Basque cheesecake to finish. I was especially satisfied because Ajillo was delicious and the baguette that came with it for 50 yen was large. It takes a while to serve everything other than drinks. Ajillo came out about 20 minutes after ordering. As for the drinks, I was expecting sangria to have fruit in it, so I was disappointed as it was just a drink mixed with wine and juice. The second glass of lime sour I ordered? It was more delicious. The mixed paella has plenty of ingredients and is satisfying. It would have been even better if a container was provided. They bring a separate dessert menu, but there are only three types. I ordered Basque style cheesecake. It's drizzled with olive oil and a little salt, giving it a perfect sweet and salty taste. Café latte has a lot of foam and tastes are divided. The amount of wine seemed a little small. All the store staff are very nice. Overall, the cost performance was a bit poor, but I was able to spend a relaxing time, so I gave it a 3.4 star rating.
