品川駅港南口から真っ直ぐその先へ、大きなオフィスビルの2階レストランフロアにあるお好み焼き屋さんは大阪の名店。

この日は豚肉とえびとしめじ。
豚玉では少し物足りなさもあるし、と思い、これにしました。早めにきたのでまだ混んでおらず、だいたい15分ほどで目の前に。
ソースはかかっていたけれど、他は何もかけられていなかったので青のりと削り粉をかけました。
あ、マヨネーズと削り節はないのね…?
味付けはこれが王道だと言われた気がしました。
