名古屋出身の人に、
「名古屋で美味いものは何ですか？」
と聞くと、いくつか出てきますが、
そのうちのひとつ。
手羽。
品川で風来坊の手羽を食べることができる！
と小躍りして行きました。
友だちに予約をしてもらって、総勢約１０人の宴会。
お通し。ひとり１０００円。
ホント？
ビックリだなぁ。
大皿で出てきました。
手羽が出てきたので、名古屋出身の友だちに、
さっそく、食べ方を教えていただきました。
「ちっこい骨が取れるほうがあるだよ。
これを外して一口で食べる。」
冷たいんですね。
もっと温かい手羽のイメージがあったので、
う～ん。
店員さんのサービスは、とっても残念。
こんなもんか。
立派なビルに入っているので・・・
会計も「えっ？そんなにするの～？」
この店は、再訪しないだろうなぁ
・・・名古屋に行くしかないか。
