結局、気分。
胡椒辛くないこちらの方が好きって人もいるけど、結局はビールに合わせるのか違うのかって話。ただ、手羽先そのものの味も違うなって今日思いました。鶏肉独特の匂いみたいなやつってありますよね？アレが全く感じられなかった。
で、味噌串カツ。
やっぱりこのくらいの食べ応えがないとあかんなって思いました。240円なら安いと思いますけどね。
さらには、卵かけご飯。
割った時に水分が多くてアレって？思ったけど、黄身と混ざると能力発揮。濃厚な旨味を出します。
とにもかくにも復活できて良かった。
新橋から消えて、コロナでこちらも休業が続いていた時は本当に覚悟したけど、良かった。安心した。

客がそんなにもいないのに手羽先もターザン焼きも出てくるのがやけに遅いので、嫌な予感はしていた…

火入れしすぎです。
先に手羽先食べた時にすぐ分かりました。硬いし、鶏肉特有の火入れしすぎた時のパサパサ感。
で…
ターザン焼きの方が難しいんです。
今回は事前に解体した状態のものをオーダーしたのですが、部位によって違いすぎました。食べられるところもありましたけど、何て言うのかなぁ…ティッシュに水つけてポロポロになるような口触りでした。残念ながら一部残しました。
前からターザン焼きは店舗差が明らかにあるという話をしてきましたが、ココがもしかすると1番…（以下自主規制）
関東ではこちらでしか食べられないので、何かの間違いであって欲しいと切に願います。
