ちょいと用足しに大阪へ。。
品川駅で新幹線に乗る前に、「手延べうどん水山エキュート品川店」で朝食。
朝メニューから、「明太たまごあんかけうどん」620円＆「ふりかけご飯」130円。
ピリッと辛い明太と、フワフワ卵が、良い組み合わせ。
細いうどんは、柔らかく茹でられている。
朝食らしく消化に良さそうでグッド。
全体に上品で優しい味付け。
饂飩は、こうでなくっちやね。
あああ、美味し。
