ランチタイム 12:10ごろ
注文 トリプル @1600（ちょい高めだが美味しい）
昨日、この店のA型看板が目にとまり「食べてみたいが、それらしい店がないぞ。2階？」と、不思議に思い調べたら昼だけの営業のようだ。
一人で突撃。
運良く席があり直ぐに通される。
メニューはシンプルだ。
ダブル、トリプル、クアッド、の3種と追加ハンバーグぐらいだ。初めての訪問だが、美味しい前提でトリプルを注文。
程なくして供出されます。お兄さんから「説明しますか？」とアナウンスあり、「お願いします(^-^)/」すると、石の上でよく焼いてお召し上がりください。あと、ご飯と味噌汁はセルフでお代わり出来ます。とのこと。
頂きます。
ジュージューしてます。俵型のハンバーグを縦に割り開いて焼きました。まぁ、これなら直ぐ焼けるはずだ。
焼けたかな。最初の一切れ目。塩と胡椒だけにした。もうちょい焼こう。もうちょい焼きます。
もうちょい焼いたのを塩胡椒で頂きます。「うまーい」とりぷで正解であった。モグモグ。1個半でご飯を食べ終え、お代わりします。ご飯のグレードもうちょい上がると嬉しいな。残りもあっと言う間に胃袋へ。
味付けは、塩胡椒、スパイスミックス、シャリアピンソース（タマネギソース）でした。何でも美味しい。
