以前気になりつつも閉店してしまったと思っていたら、移転していたことを知り伺うことに。ランチタイムの間借り。
開店(11:30)同時に入店。後客1組のみ。
ハンバーグダブル¥1300、注文後数分で到着。
レアなので気になる場合は鉄板で焼いてお召し上がりください、と。
すぐにハンバーグを半分に割り、中面を下にして鉄板へ。
中はかなりレアで半分以上割る際に形が崩れそうになるくらい。
肉にしっかり味が付いていて美味しい。
少しずつ鉄板に押し付けて焼きながら食べ進めるうちに、
残りも良い感じに焼けていた。
ご飯と生卵、自由。
美味しいけど、値段に見合っているかは…。
