夫、娘と、祝日のお昼に訪問しました。
頼んだのは、ハンバーグ一択です。ダブルとトリプルでトリプルの一つを娘に〜。
ハンバーグ、熱々の石の上に、俵形のハンバーグがジュージュ〜。周りは焦げ目しっかり、中心部はとってもレア。
繋ぎや具は無し！だからこそ出来る、このレア具合。
香ばしく肉の旨みが増した表面、ジューシーで肉肉しい中間部、そして、中心部のレアが口の中で溶ける〜！
お肉のグラデーションが味わえます。
とても美味しいです。
ご飯は丁度良い炊き具合。お代わりも出来て、生卵付きって嬉しい。肉汁たらした卵かけご飯が出来ます。
サラダやお味噌汁や、野菜の付け合わせは、とっても普通！全然重きを置いていない。
でも、ここは、ハンバーグとご飯を食べる為の場所！
ハンバーグが美味しく満足出来るので、全然気にならない。
接客も、子供用の焼き具合への配慮や、笑顔でテキパキした受け答え、感じ良かったです。
ただ、一つ注意は、かなりお部屋が煙でモウモウ。服にも身体にも、匂いが付きます。
美味しいハンバーグに美味しい匂いは付き物かな。
