品川インターシティ4階のこちら、平日12時に訪れたところ、4組程の待ち。
ちょうど帰る人も何組かいたため、あまり待たないかな〜と待つことに。
ところが…、着席と同時に注文したものの、お店の入口に立ってから料理が目の前にやって来るまで、約25分かかりました…。
店内は割と広いけど、厨房の人が足りないのかな。
さて本日頂いたのは、料理長の気まぐれ炒飯￥1000、この日は高菜と明太子のレタス炒飯でした。
高菜と、で始まっているメニュー名だけど、明太子>レタス>高菜、という存在感。そういえば高菜入ってたんだぁと途中で気付く程度。
しっかりコクがあるけど濃すぎない味で美味しいし、ボリュームたっぷり。
次は、杏梨特製担々麺を食べたいけど、時間がかかるのが難点…。
