再訪
前回に食したカオマンガイ（=タイ風チキンライス）のタレが好みだったので、8年振り？にお邪魔...
同料理の決め手は、蒸し鶏（当然ブロイラー）を不味く調理する方が難しく、
① 鶏出汁で炊き上げるライス
② タレ
の良し悪しによって、評価が大きく変わってきます。
特に ②は、A：味噌系、B：醤油系、C：スィートチリソース系 の3系統がありますが、揚げ物用のCを稀に当料理に出してくる店舗も国内には存在します...
入店1200。先客4組10名様位でしたが、15分位で女性客ばかりでホボ満卓状態に...エスニックは安定的な人気がありますね〜
頂いたのは、
込950円：カオマンガイSet
⑴ カオマンガイ、⑵ サラダ、⑶ スープ、⑷ タピオカ入りココナッツミルク、⑷ マンゴーラッシー
と充実のラインナップ。
5-6分で着膳。以下、食した所感。
⑴ 鶏肉：可もなく不可もない感じ。
ライス：勿論タイ米を使用。鶏出汁の風味はサラッとした感じ。⑴ の量に対して多め。
タレ：味噌系の濃いめと云うか濃過ぎ。
※ 因みにタイの専門店では薬味として、青唐辛子、大蒜、生姜の3点Setが付いてきます。
その他：パクチーもヘタってます。
⑵ ヘタってます。
⑶ 珍しく中華系のかき卵（チョットだけ入ってます）スープ
⑷⑸ 此のお値段設定で付いてくるんですね...
お料理のクオリティは落ちたような気がしましたが、⑷⑸でリカバリーって感じでした。
