泉岳寺駅からすぐのイタリアンバル。
店内にはスポーツ中継もされていて、
普段使いできる居心地の良い隠れ家バル。
客層はビジネスマンもいれば、家族連れもいて、
気軽に入れる雰囲気が良い。
看板メニューは、総州古白鶏のジャークチキンとパルマ産の霜降りの生ハム。
●パルマ産の霜降り生ハム
18か月以上熟成させた最高級の生ハムブロックをオーダーが入ってからスライサーでカットしてくれます。これがしっとりとして口当たり良く、脂が上品で最高に旨い！
●しらすとフレッシュトマトのピザ
ピザとトルティーヤ仕立ての２種類あり、
こちらはトルティーヤ仕立て。薄い生地のため、ペロリといただけます。
ピザの中でもチチニエッリが好きなので、しらすがあるとつい頼んでしまう。
●海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョ
プリプリの海老と大きめにカットされたマッシュルームが安定の美味しさ。
パンにつけても良し、そのままでも良し。熱々のうちに食べるのがおすすめ。
●総州古白鶏のジャークチキン
一番人気の看板メニュー。10種類以上のスパイスを２日間漬け込んだ総州古白鶏を
鉄板でじっくり焼き上げます。
スパイシーな味わいとしっとりとしたベストな火入れ具合抜群で、
ビールにもワインにも合います。美味い！！
●海老と舞茸、キャベツのトマトソースパスタ
生パスタのフェットチーネが美味しく、トマトソースが絡み、
プリプリの海老も食感が楽しい。
