品川シーズンテラス内にある坂内食堂
社食かフードコートのような店内です。
今回は期間限定看板に惹かれて、焦がし胡麻味噌ラーメンにトライ。
喜多方ラーメンと言えば、あっさり系ですが、
こちらは冬メニューらしい、胡麻味噌にピーナッツなどが入った濃厚芳醇系です。
ノーマルか限定かは、好みが分かれるところですが、平麺が少し柔らかく、スープの温度がややヌルい？のが根本的に「ん〜」ですね。
基本的にラーメンはしっかり腰がある麺で、熱々のスープで食したいです。
胡麻味噌自体は悪くはないですが、たまに味噌の固まりが溶けきれずにスープに残っているのも残念です。
これも流れ作業によるヒューマンエラーでしょうか？
色々なエラーは改善できそうなものですが
もったいないですね〜
喜多方ラーメンは好きなので
個人的評価は甘めのオール３！
