この日も一階の立ち飲みフロアには食肉市場の関係者の方たちがいらっしゃいました。

実は来店の3週間前に岩手の高橋さんの牛舎を見学したときに紹介していただいた牛さんでした！
赤身のカメノコはお肉の味が濃くて、自家製のもみダレがより旨味を引き出してくれます。
ライスが不可避で序盤からモリモリいただきました。
雌牛にこだわって提供する昔ながらの焼肉屋さん！
東京食肉市場にある臓器組合から直接仕入れてる新鮮なホルモンは注文マストです。
ホルモンもおすすめですが、ホルモン以外の正肉も相当美味しかったです！
