お昼は、品川ハイボールバー＠品川（港区港南）へ。
お店自体は、カラオケの第一興商が運営する、DKダイニングのハイボールバー。
都内には浜松町、品川、恵比寿、渋谷と展開され、ランチの台湾まぜそばは恵比寿以外で販売。
少し前に店先を通り掛かったときに、おっ、バーでもまぜそばをやっているんだと。
ランチは11:30-15:00、訊けば「コロナが流行りだした頃」からやっているそうです。
テイクアウトは台湾まぜそば以外にフライドチキン、焼きそばも用意されています。
ランチメニューは台湾まぜそば890円、冷やし台湾まぜそば890円、台湾カレーまぜそば950円、角煮入り台湾まぜそば1,190円。
いずれにも、ひとくち追いめし付き。
口頭注文後会計、注文すると、葉にんにくの有無を確認されます。
店内はひとつに盛り上がれる様なワンホールなフロア設計、壁向きカウンターが10席、4人掛けと6人掛けテーブルが合わせて30席ほど。
世情が許せば、ランチ営業なんてやらなくても、夕方くらいからスポーツ中継（または録画）で盛り上がって、十分やっていける公算だったろうに。
程なくして台湾まぜそば890円、配膳時に昆布酢を渡されます。
説明によれば、トッピングはミンチ、卵黄、揚げ玉、ネギ、キクラゲ、ニラ、特製魚粉（鰹・うるめ・鯖）、葉にんにく、のり、赤カイワレ。
極太麺を中心に全体をよくかき混ぜて食べてみると、各々の味わいがそのまま味わえる美味しさ。
たれが少ない上に薄味、ミンチも薄味、キクラゲは少し固め、とラーメン専門店の台湾まぜそばに僅かに届いていません。
卓上に唐辛子か山椒でもあれば、好みに調整できるかも知れません。
綺麗な茹で湯で茹でられた極太麺はとても美味しく、訊けば札幌製麺とのこと。
食べ進めていくと少しずつ極太麺にたれと食材が絡んできて、美味しくいただけます。
それでもたれが少ないのはいかんともしがたい。
麺を食べ終わって追い飯を楽しみたくてもたれが残らないので、途中から煮干し酢を回し掛けて、と。
おお、かなりいけるようになってきました。
麺を食べ終わりそうになったので、そろそろ追い飯をお願いしようと思っていると。
テーブルウォッチが出来ている店員さんから「追いめし、如何ですか？」と声を掛かりました。
炊き立ての熱々ご飯、磁器製の食器が熱くて、とても美味しい。
スルッと食べてご馳走様でした。
