この日は品川駅港南口にてクールダウン事案発生。
港南口なんて何年ぶりだろう、昭和の気配と平成の新しさが交じり合った一種独特（グロテスク、と思えなくもない）の賑わいが感じられます。
仕事帰りの人たちでごった返す通りで数軒の路面店に断られたどり着いたのが当店でした。
しかし、当店に逃げ込む？までの道すがらはまさしくデンジャラスゾーン。幾つかの店にフラれる度に客引きが寄ってきてあやすぃ店に引き入れようとします。手口は巧妙にして悪質に思えました。ゴチューイあれ。
さて「奥の方にずずいっと」と案内されたのは座面の高いスツールの囲む小さなテーブル。正直おさーんが肩寄せあってグラスを交わすのに抵抗感が生じるレベルですがま、仕方無しと取りあえずの生ビールをオーダー。腹が塞がっていたこともあって切り出しハモンセラーノ、ナッツにフライドチキンを一片取ります。
生ビールをアッと言う間に干すとズラリ揃ったドリンクメニューから高炭酸とされるスプラッシュハイボールなるものを自動運転がぶがぶ。アサヒ系の店舗らしくウイスキーはニッカブラック。
直にやってきた揚げ立てのフライドチキンに噛り付いて、室温に馴染んだハモンセラーノをポイっと放り込んではハイボールで流し込みます。
およそ1時間ほどの滞在で空いていたテーブルも粗方が埋まって賑わっていました。しかし小さなテーブルに器用にお客を詰め込むものです。
過不足なく酒精も回って廉価な居酒屋程度の価格。変に長っ尻しない分だけ使い勝手も良かったかとポジティブに捉えます。
ちなみに当店、トイレを尋ねれば奥の扉の向こう側とのこと。入ってみればあんれマ！そこは既視感アリアリのビッグエコーの店内。どうやらビッグエコー系？の居酒屋形態らしくノウハウを拡張した業容拡大ということなのでしょうね。
