名物のこぼれスパークリングワインは
店員さんが目の前で注いでくれるんやけど、
並々とかではなくこぼれてるの。
こんなん初めて見たし、
コスパも良すぎん？？
サンテロ ピノロゼは
フルーティーで甘くて飲みやすい。
和牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込みは
ほろほろになるまで
長時間煮込まれとるけん
箸でも切れるくらい柔らかい。
味も良くしみこんどって
噛めば噛むほど旨みが出て至福。
丸ごと！ブラータチーズのボロネーゼは
出来たてフレッシュなブラータを
丸々一個贅沢に使用しとるけん
ビジュが良すぎる。
しかも目の前でチーズを削ってくれて
チーズ好きは歓喜。
麺は老舗製麺所｢浅草開花楼｣の
オリジナル生麺で
もちもちとした弾力がたまらんすぎる。
お肉もゴロゴロ入っとって、
麺にチーズとソースがよく絡んで
美味しすぎる。
結構ボリュームがあるパスタ。
4種のチーズのピッツァは
1枚がかなり大きめ。
チーズの香ばしさと
たっぷりのはちみつの甘さが
相性抜群すぎて
食べとる手が止まらんやつ。
カリカリ食感で意外と
サクッと食べられちゃう。
ティラミスは
マスカルポーネが滑らかで
ふんわりとした食感。
ビターなココアと
しっとりめのビスケットで
重くなくバクバク食べられる。
他にも世界のクラフトビールを
50種類も用意されとるけん
