I made a reservation for Saturday night at 5pm. It seemed like there was still space inside the store, but there was a staff member outside the store taking reservations, so I guess there are more reservations available. That was my impression. Order menu ・Japanese Wagyu beef cheek stew in red wine 2200 yen ・Assortment of 4 appetizers to choose from 1320 yen -Chicken white liver mousse -Red sea bream carpaccio -Pate de campagne -Miso-marinated cream cheese ・Lasagna 1540 yen ・Grand Learea Brut 660 yen ・Santero Pinot Rose 660 yen yen ・Vedette Extra White 880yen ・Kestritzer Schwalwitzbier 990yen ⬜︎Japanese Wagyu Beef Cheek Stewed in Red Wine The meat was so soft that it fell apart as soon as you put a knife in it.The mashed potatoes and red wine sauce at the bottom went well together. ⬜︎Assortment of 4 types of appetizers to choose from -Chicken white liver mousse It had a mellow texture and taste that was characteristic of liver, but it was delicious without being overly noticeable. ⬜︎Lasagna A menu with more volume than I imagined. Ring pasta instead of a single piece of lasagna? It was distinctive in that it was made of. There were quite a lot of types of craft beer, so I think it's a recommended shop for beer lovers.
