コロナが再度急激に増えて集まりづらくなった今年の夏。。。
そんなわけで品川駅で個室を探して見つけたのがこちら、品川 今井屋本店☆
品川駅港南口から屋根沿いに繋がっている、NBF品川タワー1階グランパサージュ内にあるお店♪
お店によると、約100項目にもおよぶ審査を全てクリアし、素材の美味しさを最大限に引き出す焼き方を身につけた「焼方人」が毎日一本一本魂を込め、「一串入魂」の精神で焼き上げています。。。
すごいハードルが高い料理人の審査ですが、逆にその１００項目の内容が気になるところ笑
お店はきっちり完全個室で飲み会には便利♪

お通し、サラダと来て早速 焼鳥。最初のねぎまを食べてなるほど、焼きすぎずややレア感残るその焼き加減は鶏のうま味を損なうことなくいただくことができます♬
むねと皮の抱き身串なんかはもうちょい皮にパリパリ感出してほしいなど細かな注文はありましたが、このレベルなら駅まで軽く集まって飲むのであれば大満足♪
