2回連続で土曜日に行ったら満席！
今日は電話にて予約して1名で伺いました。
焼鳥大好きの僕の中では知っている限りではかなりの高級店です。（値段）
１串530円～590円。
勿論コースではなく単品での注文です。
早速、もも、ねぎま、抱き身・・・品切れです？??
焼鳥屋さんですよね？
ももがない？??
やむなく、ソリレス、ふりそで、へそ、・・・
つまみにレバーポン酢。
話を聞いたら、ほとんどのお客さんが「コース」料理の為単品のももが無いとの事。
あ～、高級焼鳥屋を期待していたら間違った！と思いました。
その後、コースのキャンセルが出たからとの事で、もも、ねぎま、抱き身にありつきました。
多分、店長さんのお気遣いと思います。
肝心の焼鳥ですが、火が通りすぎ。
ぱさぱさ感を感じました。
また、へそは「下処理」不足？なのか、あと味が良くなかったです。
僕の感想ですが「焼鳥屋」ではなく「コース」を楽しむ高級居酒屋店でした。
昼食は評価が高いですね
次回は昼食に伺います。
