[Waiting time] Weekdays 18:30. There are empty seats in the store. [What I ordered] ◎Tasting set 1100 yen including tax You can choose 3 types of beer of your choice. It's not listed on the sign at the entrance, but it's listed at the order counter. [Impressions] I'm looking forward to the limited edition beers available depending on the season. Perfect for when you want to drink a variety of things. Recommended for craft beer lovers. ★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎2 ①CACAORANGE *Limited time only Style: Pale Ale ADV: 6% [Impressions] Not much cocoa taste. The scent of cacao nibs and orange is only slight, which is a shame because it is less impressive than the name. I don't really like cacao as it feels like a fragrance. Although it says it's less bitter, I found it bitter. [Product Description] A fruity ale beer brewed using cacao nibs from Ghana and Fukukita mandarin oranges from Ibaraki Prefecture. The bitterness is modest and the sweet and sour scent of cacao nibs. Good acidity and a refreshing taste. ★★★★⭐︎4.5 ②HISTORY1602 (History 1602) *Limited time only Style: Pale Ale ADV: 5% [Impressions] I really like the gorgeous citrus scent that feels lush like yuzu and hassaku! So refreshing! Good balance of aroma and bitterness. [Product Description] Some domestic hops from Yokote City and Kaneko Golden (barley) from Naka City are used. This is an ale beer born from an ancient relationship that has lasted for over 400 years. The floral aroma of aromatic hops and the rich flavor of malt. ★★★⭐︎⭐︎3.5 ③ ANBAI Ale Style: Sour Ale ADV: 7.5% [Impressions] From the first sip, it smells like plum vinegar and tastes sour for the first time! The alcohol content is a little strong, but you don't notice it. I was surprised at how refreshing it was, but I think it's refreshing and addictive. It tastes like you won't be able to drink it, so a little bit may be enough. I like the second half because it feels mellower than the first half. It would go well with refreshing dishes such as vinegared rice or plum meat dressing! [Product Description] Sour ale made with domestically produced green plums and salted seaweed. It has a distinctive flavor that changes from sharp sourness to mellow plum sweetness as the temperature changes.
