It was lunch time in Shinagawa, and it was a chilly day, so I was drawn to the word Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) set meal. Take the elevator at the end of the building to the 3rd floor. I arrived at the entrance of the store. I will enter without hesitation. There were few customers. It was an unseasonably cold day, so most people seemed to be staying nearby, even though it was in an office area. Office areas can be affected by seasonal weather conditions. I was guided to a counter seat. As soon as I sat down, I ordered Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) set meal. There is a stove with a Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) pot on top, and bean sprouts and onions are placed at the edge of the pot. And then comes the main character. Meat, Small dish, pickles, miso soup, rice, sauce... Considering the cost performance of 980 yen, I think it's the best. The meat is probably lamb. It's also reasonably priced. Let's bake it right away. It looks delicious when dipped in sauce. Since there were no customers around, I felt a little uncomfortable as the sizzling sound echoed through the restaurant, but I focused on the pot in front of me as I grilled and ate. It is healthier to eat it with bean sprouts and onions. It has a different taste than Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Honestly, it's more fun to have a hotpot with multiple people than one person, but in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the solo style is the way to go.
