金曜日の11時半過ぎ、昼食で訪問しました。
”から揚げ定食”や“親子丼”など鶏肉料理以外にも“ローストビーフ丼”や«ローストポーク丼”などがあり、どれもお手頃な値段でランチを食べることができる居酒屋さんです｡
お店から漂う焼鳥の煙に引かれ、絶対美味しいと確信し、親子丼を注文しました。
■焼鳥屋の炭火鶏親子丼(850円税込)
奥久慈卵をふんだんに使い炭火で炙った香ばしいぷりぷりの鶏肉が魅力です｡
バシャバシャに出汁多めで生卵黄が乗った“おじや”のようなスタイルが特徴的で、箸で食べるのは困難なため、レンゲでいただきました。
出汁と卵、炭火焼鳥の風味がアクセントの美味しい一杯でした。
