Includes mutton biryani, salad and drink. For the drink, I chose hot chai. I was told that the masala dosa would take about 15 minutes, so I chose biryani. It doesn't feel sophisticated, but it's quite good in terms of ease of eating. It has a nice texture, has red onions on it, and goes well with the curry and raita that comes with it. I thought it would be even better if sambar or South Indian mini curry could be added separately. What's interesting about this restaurant is the wide range of menu items. I came here several times in the evening, and I think it was here that I had my first masala dosa. At that time, I thought it wasn't bad, but I realized that this restaurant, where you can eat spiced dishes everywhere and choose from dosas and biryani, was pretty cool, and moreover, it was rare in Shinagawa. I came for lunch for the first time, and the Indian lunch has various sets from which you can choose from 10 types of curry. There are 6 types of Thai lunch. And as a South Indian lunch, in addition to the thali and uttavam set with a choice of one curry, there are two dosas and four biryanis to choose from. It's amazing that all of these are around 1000 yen.

South Indian thali, Seafood curry was selected, and iced chai was the drink. Had lunch here again in a few days. When I arrived around 12:50, I was surprised to find that the place was full. However, this time I was a little disappointed, as the curry, sambar, and rasam were average. Rice is a Japanese rice with a high water content. It wasn't as good as the biryani. The uneven saltiness of the papad and the coldness of the chapati may be normal things, and maybe it can't be helped if they're that busy. I usually have hot chai, but I chose iced chai for occasional use, and I was a little concerned about the unstrained tea leaves, which I don't notice with hot chai. I think I feel this way because I have come to know about the famous restaurant Meals. I was told that the dosa takes about 15 minutes, so I concluded that it would be difficult for me to make it for lunch when I was short on time. Next time I think I'll order uttabam or Thai curry.
