12時15分位に到着して店外待ち無しで待たずに入店できました。店内はほぼ満席です。
店名を冠する最強メニューとの事で注文しました。
なみなみとスープが注がれた大きめなどんぶりの真ん中に葱がトッピングされています。
溶き卵が顔を見せる赤いスープは餡かけの様です。見た目ほどは辛くありません。中細のストレート麺によく絡みます。スープを飲み進めると粘度何無くなってきます。
イメージ的には味噌ラーメンに麻婆餡を掛けた感じでした。
積極的な再訪は無いと思います。
