セミコンのために東京へ前日入り。
港区港南「サンジェルマン」
品川駅歩いてすぐ。
晩9時過ぎでしたが
そこそこ選択肢ありますね！
「サンジェルマン」関東方面にしか
無い印象なので、
行ってみたいと思ってたんですよね。
こんがりチーズの
エビグラタンパン、
コーンパン、
ロイヤルメロンパン、
ふわりん、
ふらのメロン、
ブランドーナツ、
ミルクと卵のクリームパン。
王道で美味しそうなラインナップがずらり。
食パン類も充実してますね！
リッシュブラン、
新食パンとして誕生したそうです。
食事パンも揃ってますよ～。
バゲット、
セーグルフリュイ、
レーズンフレンチ。
そしてこの時期ならではの
シュトーレン(^-^)
今回こちらでは、
ロイヤルメロンパン、
レーズンフレンチを
購入。
後日いただきました。
ロイヤルメロンパンは、
外はサックリ、
中はしっとり、
王道の美味しさ。
レーズンフレンチは、
ラム酒漬けの
カリフォルニアレーズンを
たっぷりと、
バターを練り込んだ生地に
混ぜ混んだ
レーズンパン。
生地にバターが
練り込んであることで
ほんのりしっとりと
リッチな味わいに。
