August 2023. A friend made a reserved reservation a year in advance for the Koto Fireworks Festival on August 11th. I was able to participate there and enjoy the fireworks. We gathered in Shinagawa after 4:00 pm and moved early to the location where the fireworks would be displayed. It was still bright, so I was able to enjoy the scenery outside. We also had some food before the fireworks went off. The sashimi and Tempura are delicious. When it was time for the fireworks, we went outside to the deck to watch them. The fireworks that spread out in front of the venue were so impressive that it became a great memory of summer. The hospitality on Japanese traditional houseboat was wonderful and I had a really good experience. Recommended if you want to enjoy Japanese traditional houseboat in the Edo period.
