牛角カルビ: さすが店名を冠した看板メニュー、普通の焼き肉店なら上カルビレベルの水準、柔らかさ抜群だった。
牛タン塩: レモンだれと絶妙のマッチングした味わいで、さっぱりと食べることができた。
がぶっと!肉ピーマン: 提供時の見た目は美味しそうには見えない印象ではなかったものの、焼き上げてピーマンに乗せたら、柔らかいカルビ肉のように見えて脂と野菜の組み合わせが最高だった。
