天王洲アイル駅の中の美味しい中華を食べたくて初めて
訪店しました。
開放的な入り口で、明るい雰囲気。すでに何客か食事をされてました。円卓が良かったのでそこを選びましたが、外にも席があり、暖かい天気の日には外の席を良さそうです。
ランチセットも充実しててどれも本格中華の味でした。
最初少ないかな？とおもいましたが刀麺はもちもちとしててボリューミーでした。
炒飯は一口目、優しい味と思いましたが、飲み込んでからふわんと口の中に広がる味の余韻が美味でした。
鶏肉の黒胡椒野菜炒めも頼みました。見た目しっかりとした色づけで、味も濃いめかと思ってましたがこれも
優しい味付けで旨味と胡椒の味が効いてて食べやすかったです。
麺もの、中華を、食べ終わった後の喉の渇きや、塩分とりすぎたーという罪悪感を感じさせる事ない調味です。
