新歓に利用
今月より職場に配属となった期待の大型新人さんの歓迎会として
同僚と次期(秒読み)所長と共にお伺いしました。
職場の最寄りのお店は全然散策したことが無く、今回、未知の領域となったわけですが
ほぼ初めての来店となる塚田農場が私の地元、鹿児島県霧島市発祥とは存じませんでした。
霧島市と言えば、言わずもがな薩摩地鶏の聖地。
こちらのお店では地鶏の炭焼きやお通しで地鶏を使った北京ダック
さらには鶏刺しまでいただくことが出来たのは想像以上でした(^^)
(お馴染みの薩摩醤油と生姜は外せないですね)
店員さんのお心遣いも完璧で、新人さんのために特製の一品も出していただきました。
地元贔屓とお料理の良さ、心遣いの良さとおめでたの席と次期所長の深いご慈悲により
☆5を進呈させていただきたいと思います(^^)

5月に訪れて以来、またまた歓迎会にこちらを利用させて頂きました(^^)
前回、5月に来た時も内容に満足していたので
今回も職場の飲み会幹事の達人(通称:はや会)に有難くも企画して頂き
統括所長を中心に9名の壮大な会になりました(^^)
(もはや何処かの日本一汚い水辺に集まる会合など陰も形もございません)
今回はお席もなかなか広々としており、9人掛けでも問題なし。
お食事は、私の地元霧島市を謳っているだけあって
鶏の炭焼きは、地元スーパーで手に入るものさながらのお味(^^)
垂水産の養殖カンパチも、鮮度維持が難しいであろうにも関わらず
臭みもなく、良いお味を出してございました(^^)
しかしながら、さつま揚げは薄くてペラペラだったのが残念でした…
また、1杯目に頂いた生ビールに変な苦味があったのはちと…
瓶ビールも無くなるのが早かったのはいただけなかったですね
(こういった場は、若手がお酌の練習をする絶好の機会なのと、私自身が本当は瓶しか飲めないため^^;)
まぁ、いささかご改善願いたい点はあったものの
新たにこちらの職場に来られた方のお祝いと
統括所長御就任の前祝いという、祝が重なった良い日だったので良いでしょう(^^)
次回来店時は、是非とも、
キビナゴが刺身で頂けるほどレベルアップされていることを願っております(^^)
