平日ランチ、１２時ちょい前。
並びはなしで入れました。
さて、せっかくなので刀削麺食べたいよね〜…
本日のミニチャーハンとセットのやつに。
しかもスープ選べるみたい。
…坦坦刀削麺と麻辣刀削麺で悩み麻辣に。
まずチャーハンとザーサイと杏仁豆腐が来ました。
…本日の…ということは日によって若干違うのかな？
いきなり杏仁豆腐も持ってくる辺り、回転重視な感が。
案の定、１２時を回ると並びが出てきました。
さて、少しして麻辣刀削麺が。
うん、辛いね。痺れはそこまででもない。
ただ、デフォルトでパクチー乗ってるので苦手な人は無理かも。
坦坦麺慣れしている身としてはもう少し痺れ強くてもいいかも。
ただ、こちらの刀削麺、もっちりしててさながらうどんのようなほうとうのような…美味しいです！
先に紙エプロンもらってたのでよかったのですが、刀削麺はスープめっちゃ飛びます笑
あと、チャイニーズらしく説明はほとんどないのでパクチーだったり辛さだったり紙エプロンだったりは尋ねた方が無難かも。
回転重視なのでさっと食べて戻りましょうね笑
