Soba restaurant open on weekends in Kitashinagawa
The curry soba at this restaurant is quite spicy and different from the curry soba at other soba restaurants. It's strange that it contains pork belly and lettuce, but the taste of the curry soup is not bad (lol). Since it was curry, I wanted to order a mini katsudon, but unfortunately they don't make half-sized katsudon for some reason.
Kitashinagawa's shopping district is nice for walking around, but it's often closed on Sundays, so it's hard to find food. That's when I found this soba restaurant. What is Shinagawa Yado Soba? It's full of clams, and I wonder if I'll eat it with a spicy dipping sauce. So, this is my first attempt (lol). The large clams were plump and soft and tasted delicious when eaten with the spicy dipping sauce. However, the most important soba is Nihachi's style, but it lacks chewiness, which is a shame. I also like soba-yu to be thicker. It's my first visit, so next time I'll have my soba customized to my favorite (lol).

It's a fun shopping street to walk and patrol, but on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, most of the stores aren't open. This soba restaurant has a wide variety of menu items, and I'm looking forward to trying the unusual soba, but no matter what I eat, the Nihachi soba is too soft. I like chewy soba, so when I finish eating it, I always feel disappointed (lol). This time, I ate something like fried salmon and maitake mushroom Tempura, but it was a shame (lol). It's not bad at all, though.
