おまかせコース5500円の懐石イタリアン
ワインはグラスで頼みましたが、飲めるならお得なのは圧倒的にペアリングのようです。
シェフとサービスお二人でやってるお店。サービスの女性はお着物を着てらして、和の雰囲気をかもしだします。お客さんの姿が階段から見えなくなるまでお辞儀されてるのが印象的でした。
メニュー名からは何が出てくるのか想像できませんが、最初の一皿の冷製茶碗蒸しがおいしくてこれは7-8杯は食べたいね、と思いました。
途中で提供されたパンもものすごくモチモチであまり食べたことのない感じの美味しさに感動。
どこのパンかなぁって聞いたらお店で焼いてるとのことでした。
うずらのパスタのうずらのお肉は、お肉自体はシーチキンのようにあっさりしていて友達はとても気に入っていましたが私にはちょっと癖が感じられました。たぶん鶏肉が苦手だからです。鶏肉以外は大丈夫と伝えたけど他の鶏も苦手なんだなーと実感。でも総合的に美味しかったので完食しました。
ジビエは好みが別れるから難しいなぁと改めて思いました。
リゾットを春巻きにして玉ねぎのソースで食べるお皿も最高でした。お肉もかなりしっかりのボリューム。
かなり満足のお料理です。
最後のコーヒーもついてるのは嬉しい。
お値段、お味ととても満足です。楽しかった！
