昼に利用
北品川の商店街にある薪窯のピッツェリアです。
元々スナックみたいな場所だったところを改装したようです。コリドー街にあったピッツェリアで食べたピッツァをきっかけに自分で始められたとかなんとか。
ランチはサラダ付きピッツァランチが何とピッタリ1000円。5年くらいまでは１０００円でやってた店も結構あったけどこの数年の原材料費の高騰でどこも値上がりしている。ランチは３種類のピッツァのみでマルゲリータ、マリナーラ、日替わり。日替わりは結構変わり種でこの日はあおさと生クリームのピッツァでした。
頂いたのはマルゲリータ。
サラダは盛りがよくてやっつけ感もなくちゃんと美味しいです。
ピッツァは生地の塩気をしっかり感じ焼きも深めで美味かったです。モッツァレラはランチ用かフレッシュの瑞々しさが少し足らないような感じでしたが、値段考えたら上等です。
このエリアには来る機会あまりないですが次は夜に来てみたいです。
