大井町近辺でお仕事。
では百名店に行ってみよう！と、萬来園に向かう。
時刻は12時20分。お、行列。前には7人。
隣の牛めしやまで及ぶ。牛めしやの店員さんが出てきて、入口に並ばず
道路側に並んで！と。当然だわな。私の前のカップルから、ずれる。
そして12時半、萬来園から人が出てきて我々を迎え入れる。
あ、12時半開店だったのか。
カウンターは10席あって、すんなり座れる。もっと並ぶ覚悟だったので肩透かし。
多分全員注文はエビチャーハン。まず冷水。
最初の人から順に作っている。中華鍋の小気味よい音が鳴り響く。
初老の男性2名と女性1名で、狭いキッチンを右に左に。
鍋をふるうのは1人。あとは配膳、水、エビの準備。。。。
おお、中華鍋から米粒が躍るのが見える。ご飯を炒めた後に海老が入る。
8番目の私は12時44分にスープ。この段階で10人満席。
そして46分に海老チャーハン到着。着丼。1人目が食べ終わる。
並んでから26分で食べ始めることができた。そんなもんか。
いただきます。
御飯と海老と卵だけのチャーハン。シンプル。
食べ進めるにつれちょっとしょっぱさを感じる。
エビは4つも入っている。ぷりぷり。
叉焼はない。まあでもこの店はエビチャーハン。
12時52分には店を出る。11人目が来たが、そのあとはなく、空席が、、、
百名店、、、というほどだったかどうか、、、
