開店の5分前11:25にお店に到着。なんと4人の行列だったので、その後ろに並びました。定刻に入店。中国語が飛び交っていたので、店員の皆さんは中国または台湾出身の方々だと思われます。厨房には料理人が3人、フロア担当のベテラン女性が１人、愛想は無い店です。1階奥のテーブル席に通され、冷たいお茶が運ばれ、五目野菜そば（塩味）830円と、サンラータン麺980円を注文。数分で順次着丼。思ったよりも大きいどんぶり。五目野菜そばは、味わい深い美味しい透明のスープ、飲み干したくなる味。たくさんの野菜の炒め加減がちょうどいい。縮れた中華麺も美味しく、けっこう麺がたっぷり。スープも野菜も麺も美味しく、バランスもよく、しっかりお腹いっぱいになる量もあり、値段がリーズナブル。満足ランチでした。店を出るときには満席で外にも行列ができていました。腕の立つシェフがいる確かなお店です。
