東京の蕎麦屋さんってほとんど行かない私ですが、この日はなんの気まぐれか、仕事終わりにふらりとこちらのお店に伺いました。
日本酒のアテに、出汁巻き玉子ともう一品と思ってメニューをみると、オススメとして、「海苔の天ぷら生ウニ乗せ」なるメニューがあり注文してみました。
この料理が絶品でした！海苔の片面だけに衣をつけて揚げ、海苔の上に生ウニと紅蓼、わさびがのっています。海苔の香ばしさとサクッとした食感、甘いウニにピリ辛の紅蓼＆わさびが口の中で踊ります。おかわりしたいぐらいでした（笑）。
〆には、黒豚せいろそばを注文。
まずは蕎麦だけ食べてみると、更科らしい細切りそばは喉ごしがよく、蕎麦の風味がしっかり感じられました。黒豚やネギの入った温かいつけ汁は、やや甘めですが濃厚。これは美味しいかも。
通いたいお店のひとつになりました。
