仕事のお昼に、顧客に連れて来てもらいました。
"My History" では、大体、もり蕎麦単品を注文と記録。
顧客から「毎日、蕎麦で飽きませんか?」と質問されたのですが、
実は、このお店、毎日 (?) 蕎麦粉の産地が違うのです。
店内の黒板に "本日は福井県産を使用" とか、表記されているのです。
だからバカ舌のオイラでも、「おっ、昨日と色が違う」とか「喉越しが違う」とか
比較出来て飽きないんですヨ〜。ご馳走さまでした。
