割と最近まで気が付かなかったこちらのお店に、勇気を持って扉を開いて入ってみました。それほど広くない店内でしたが、たまたま一席空いていたのですぐに入れました。
ランチメニューは３種類で、私は鶏とキャベツのリゾットグラタンにしてみました。
席数は少ないのですが、シェフがひとつづつ丁寧に作っているので、時間がかかります。最初にミニサラダが提供されてから、たぶん15分から20分ぐらいかかってリゾットグラタンが提供されました。
まさに煮込み（リゾット）と焼き（グラタン）の融合！割とサラサラのホワイトソースがリゾット感を強調しています。味は濃厚で結構好きかも。でもカロリー気になります笑。
ゆっくり時間のある時にまた伺いたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした♪
