11時半に入店すると老夫婦とおじいさまお一人の二組のみ。12時が近くなるにつれお客さんが増えて来ましたが年齢層は高めです。
大せいろを注文するとホントにすぐ出てきます。ネギとわさびの薬味皿、つゆはそば徳利に入っていて、自分でそば猪口へさす方式。蕎麦湯も同時に出てきます。
お蕎麦を数本そのまま食べてからネギとわさび入りのつゆにつけて食べ進めます。水分の塩梅もよくて喉越しも良し。風味はそれほど感じません。大せいろですが、もう少し量があってもいいかと。
蕎麦湯は熱いのが好きなので最初から出てきて冷めてないか気になってましたが、熱さ維持してました。
店員さんは若い男性もベテラン女性も感じよく間合いを取っていい感じの接客です。
