お仕事で品川に行った帰りに時間があったので、1人でラーメン屋さんへ。15時くらいだったので空いてるところも限られてる。
二駅くらい歩いてたどり着いた家系ラーメン。なんか編集者の箕輪さんがよく行ってたみたいなのをTwitterに載せてた気がする。
珍しい昆布をトッピング。スープが濃厚かつ油が強い。旨みは強いけど、ちょっとコッテリすぎるかな。チャーシューはホロホロ。昆布がいいアクセントになってくれる。中毒性はあるな。
