訪れた「まこと家」は、店内の装飾が古びているとはいえ、その家系ラーメンには隠れた魅力がある。豚骨ベースのスープは驚くほどまろやかで、こってりとした味わいが麺にしっかりと絡み合う。カウンター越しに注文を済ませ、営業時間が長いため、スープの仕込みを客前で行うことも。仕込み中はオーダーができないので、その美味を堪能するためには少しの待ち時間が必要だが、待つ価値は十分にある。
