家系ラーメンの中でも評判の高い青物横丁にあるお店に初訪問。
お店に近づいていく度に豚骨の独特のあの臭いがしてきます。
なんと早朝9:30-深夜3:00まで営業されてます。すごいですね。
チャーシューメン¥1100を頂きました。
豚骨スープはまろやかさもあり塩っ気もちょうどいいバランスで脂多め。美味いなー。
麺は酒井製麺の真宏麺で、コシのある中太。
チャーシューはトロトロで柔らかく美味しい。
美味しかったです。
