土曜日の夜、前もって予約して17時30分に伺いました。
1階はカウンター10席ほどで貸し切り用に地下もある。
地下は6名以上から貸し切り出来るようだが要相談といったところ
カウンターはほぼ満席で予約した方がいいですね。
料理はアラカルトメーンのようで
本日のお勧めもボードに書いてあった。
結構迷って何品か注文した。
●牡蠣と揚げ出し豆腐
●帆立と白子の鉄鍋
●生ミンク鯨刺
●北寄貝炙り刺
●クレソン胡麻和え
●塩昆布トマト
●酒盗ガーリックピザ
お通しはうるいとあぶらの温スープ
料理の値段もリーズナブルな価格で若い人に人気がありそうだ
さらに料理はどれも一品一品丁寧に作られていて美味しい。
お酒は生ビールに始まりオリジナルのHサワーや梅トマトサワーも頂きましたが
こちらの料理には芋の水割りが合いそうな感じでした。
スタッフも親切で料理やお酒の説明も丁寧で好感が持てました。
特にお酒の知識が豊富で感心しました。
