A pizza and doria specialty restaurant that has been loved by locals for 36 years.

I visited before 7:30pm on a weekday. I was glad they were open because they were closing at 8pm last time. There were two other groups of customers. I haven't been eating much dairy products lately, so I was in the mood for gratin, and even though I knew it was a pizza place, I ordered the mixed gratin for 1,000 yen. It arrived in a little over 10 minutes. The surface was bubbling. There was almost no burnt meat, so it was good. The ingredients were shrimp, chicken, crab flakes, and mushrooms. The macaroni was smooth and not jagged. The aroma of butter and cheese rose up. It was the gratin that I thought was a great treat when I was a child. I ate it little by little, being careful not to burn myself. I added a little Tabasco halfway through and finished it all, including the sauce. It's good for meals, but they also have a good variety of wines, so it would be nice to have some wine as an appetizer and finish off with pizza or doria. It seems that they also have small pizzas for one person. Next time I'd like to try pizza. Thank you for the meal.
