燻製キッチン。
初めて行ったときはかなり衝撃でした。
大井三又にオシャレな燻製専門店があると思いもしなかったです。
駅から６、７分くらいでしょうか。
ファミリーマートの裏の小さな小道に入ると入口をようやく発見できました（笑）
本当に場所を聞いていてもなかなかわからなかったです。
入口は大きな鉄の扉。あけると燻製の香りがふわっと漂ってきます。
そもそも店内コンセプト大人のアジト（秘密基地）をイメージしているらしく、かなり凝った造りです。
中2階の部屋はツリーハウスみたいで、常に予約で埋まっていて一度も入ったことがありませんが
小窓もあり、とてもかわいらしいです。
居心地のよさを結構気にするほうなのですが、このお店は私には１００点でした。
雰囲気にドハマリしたのでここ最近では東京に来ると毎回食べにきています（笑）
THE隠れ家といわんばかりの場所に、オシャレでウッディーな店内では燻製の匂いが染みて
心地よい気分に浸れ、とても贅沢な時間に思わせてくれます！！
雰囲気のあるお店を探している方！
このお店を知っているだけで、オシャレにみられます。
大井町店はカウンターが多いのでデートにはもってこいです。
お料理では定番ですが、燻製チーズは必ず頼みます！
これは、はっきり言って癖になる味です。ほんっとうに美味しいですよ！！！！
お店でも人気商品でテイクアウトも始まっているとか。
そして、オリーブやタクアンなど燻製にするとますます深みが出てくるアイテムも充実しているほか
ベーコン・カモ・スペアリブなどお肉の種類が豊富なので味比べをして楽しむこともできます。
初心者の方はいろいろ入っている燻製盛りから頼んでみると良いですね！
本当に美味しいので是非是非行ってみてほしいお店です。
