鮫洲からぶらぶらしながら大井町まで。
燻製キッチンに立ち寄った。
隠れ家感の強めの入口を入ると店内も隠れ家感強し。
カウンター席で最初に燻製ハイボールを注文。
お通しの味噌汁は何だがバーのようだがとても温かい味噌汁がとてもありがたい。
ハイボールはスモーキーなウイスキーを使っていると思いきやウイスキーにレモンの燻製を漬けたものだって。
初めての不思議な味わえない。
飲まながらつまみメニューを物色する。
つまみは燻製タコ刺しと燻製ラム肩ロース。
たこ刺しの燻製はひと口目に何だがさきいかを思わせる風味を感じたがだんだん慣れて来る。
ラムチョップを想像していたがこれも違ったが、獣の燻製はハズレがない。
二杯目は燻製ライムのジントニックを頂きました。
イマドキっぽくベースはサントリーの「翠」に燻製ライムを漬け込んだものでした。
軽くなり過ぎずごくごく飲めるヤツ。
燻製は物によってかなり好みがわかれますが、店の奥でしっぽりやるのがオススメです。
